Shipping & Returns

our shipping:
• we sell and ship World wide
• we do not charge any extra handling fees for shipping or fees for any other services;
• on the very same day your package is at the post office you will get an email with the shipping confirmation;
• if your item is sent by special delivery you will get the reference/tracking number as well;

our packaging:
• we do not charge extra for packaging material - we are recycling packaging material;
• expert-safe and protected packaging is guaranteed. we are collectors ourselves - expect us to pack-up your items in the same way we would expect to receive your items;
• fragile pieces with soft/brittle matrix and all minerals in display boxes are not shipped on mineral tack;
• instead they are taken off and wrapped secure inside their containers/display boxes - this way they cannot got rattled apart;

our packaging weight:
• you can estimate the final shipping weight of your package by adding the same amount of weight as that of the item(s) itself;
• the sum of both weights together is the final shipping weight for which we need to pay postage fees;

our shipping in time:
• shipping is next working day after your payment is booked;
• payments by e-cheques: shipping is next business day after clearance day of the e-cheque;

expected delivery times with Royal Mail:
• inside UK with 1st class Royal mail: the package should arrive the next working day;
• international with Royal Mail airmail: the package should arrive after 5 - 7 working days;
• this is what the Royal Mail states. we have no influence on the estimated delivery time stated by the carriers - please be patient!;
• before reporting a package as missing please ask at you local post office if there is a package waiting for you - just in case you missed out on a failed delivery note;
this solved in many cases already the where-abouts of a missing package;

postage fees Royal Mail:
we invoice only the official postage fees. (you can doublecheck the postage tariff and further options here: Royal Mail pricefinder);

• inside United Kingdom: packages are sent by 1st class Royal Mail delivery
- value under GB £ 25.00 or US $ 50.00 (single items or combined packages)= special delivery is optional;
- value of more than GBP £ 25.00 or US $ 50.00 (single items or combined packages) = shipping is only with special delivery!;

• to Europe, USA & World wide: International packages are sent by Royal Mail airmail
- all internaional orders will be insured automatically above a value of more than GB £ 25.00 or US $ 50.00 (single item or combined package);

if you do not need an insurance: please state your wish before or when transferring your payment.

Our Return Policies.

Our business is not a try & return mailorder one.

Please take your time to study the shown pictures carefully and make sure you have read and understood the additional item descriptions. If you are in doubt please contact us before buying.
In case you want to return your defective product under warranty for refund you can get back the shipping charges, too.
You may return your product within 14 days of receipt. Credit will be sent back within 4 weeks. No exchanges will be accepted after 14 days.
For items lost during shipping The NetMine, London is not responsible. Therefore make sure you always ask for insured parcel shipping for your own safety.
For each shipping we keep the Proof of Postage Certificate from the Royal Mail for our records. In case of a loss you can obtain a copy by email at no extra charges.
All products must be returned in good condition and the same way they have been shipped from London (e.g.registered etc.). We strongly recommend a registered shipping to have a proof of posting for yourself.
Please add invoice and description of your intention to return the item. Special ordered items are not refundable.
